Disclaimer for Participation in the TFC Truck Runner Game Lottery – TFC App
This disclaimer from TFC B.V. (“TFC”), located in Breda and having its office at Ettensebaan 33 (4813 AH Breda), with Chamber of Commerce number 08226174, applies to the TFC Truck Runner Game lottery. By participating in the TFC Truck Runner Game lottery (“lottery”) in our TFC App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Participation:
Participation in this lottery is free and open to all users of our TFC App. Participation in this lottery is possible from 17 July to 18 September 2024. Participants can enter by submitting their score and details via the app and sending it by pressing the button within the app. Each participant must be at least 18 years old. Employees of TFC B.V. are excluded from participation.
Prizes:
Three gift vouchers worth 25 euros each will be awarded to three unique participants, determined by lottery.
Selection of Winners:
The winners will be determined by a random draw conducted by the impartial game leader during the game period from 17 July to 18 September 2024.
Announcement of Winners:
The winners will be announced via email after the end of the game period. In connection with the lottery, TFC processes your nickname, email, first and last name, and company name in order to conduct the lottery and announce the prize winners. Claiming Prizes:
Winners must respond within 14 days after the announcement of their win to claim their prize. If no response is received within this period, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
Liability:
TFC is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the game or acceptance of a prize, to the extent permitted by law. TFC is also not responsible or liable for any losses or shortcomings in the execution of, or participation in, the lottery arising from causes beyond TFC’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, network or connection problems, or any other cause beyond TFC’s power. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the mobile device used during participation in the lottery has a stable and reliable network connection.
The participant acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with using a mobile network connection during participation in the lottery.
Information:
This disclaimer is available through the app before the score and data are sent to the data storage and via a page on the TFC website. Any other information regarding the lottery is available through the website.
Changes and Termination:
TFC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this lottery at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability. The disclaimer will not be amended to the detriment of the participants during the above-mentioned lottery period.
Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct:
With regard to promotional games of chance, the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance, which came into effect on 1 January 2014, applies. TFC declares that it will always act in accordance with the 2014 Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.
Complaints:
If there are any complaints or objections about the lottery, they can be submitted in writing to TFC, Ettensebaan 33 (4813 AH Breda), mentioning TFC Truck Runner promo. Additionally, it is possible to submit a complaint online via support@tfc-power.nl mentioning TFC Truck Runner promo. TFC will respond to the submitted complaint within 7 days.
Applicable Law:
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
